Welcome back! I hope you all had time in the last few weeks to spend time as families and connect with each other.
As the new year rolls over, so does the thoughts onto what's next. Cimarron Middle School is having an information session next week, Wednesday, Jan. 15th. A "save the date" flier went home several weeks ago in Thursday Folders. At 6:00pm there is a session for families on their Discovery Program followed by a general information meeting from 6:30-7:30. I think it's a great opportunity to hear from their staff and get many of your questions answered.
Also, I will be sending home a blue piece of paper entitled "Course Selection Worksheet." This is basically your registration for next year. Students will be able to select their electives on this sheet. I will go over the choices with students in class prior to this paperwork going home. Please be sure to fill out this paperwork whether or not you will be attending Cimarron - there is a place to check on the top that states you will not be attending. If you aren't sure yet as to where your kiddo will go next year, I say fill it out any way and change things later.

On a side note, I realized that I haven't been sending out emails when I update the class website. I apologize for this. I was updated before break, and I will be updating it this upcoming weekend. Check out our new Flex Project tab.
